I occasionally work with graphic designers to turn their mockups into interactive websites. Although virtual in nature, websites have their own physics and structure (based on pixels) and there are many limitations which need to be addressed when turning a flat rendering/mockup into an interactive website. I address all those issues and use HTML5 standard markup to construct the site. The websites can be made with a CMS (content management system) attached as well.
